Kombucha, Ginger Beer and Vinegar Shrubs, oh my!
Join Kathrin Brunner and Andrew Hodge of For the Love of Body in this instructional and hands-on workshop to learn how to make several healthy and delicious fermented drinks.
Homemade kombucha is significantly cheaper and healthier than store-bought and they'll teach you techniques for making the tastiest and fizziest brews. Ginger beer ferments two ingredients -- ginger and sugar -- into a "ginger bug" that you can use as a base to make incredible sodas. Shrubs are drinking vinegars infused and fermented with other herbs and spices to create a healthy beverage that benefits digestion and keeps colds away.
You'll take home a kombucha kit (scoby and starter liquid), a ginger bug, AND a drinking vinegar you'll infuse during the class.
Kathrin and Andrew have been making body care products and teaching for years, and take great care to formulate therapeutic recipes with high quality ingredients that truly benefit the body.
No experience needed. All supplies provided!
