TIY (Tier It Yourself) Tiered Tray Workshop - Saturday, November 24th - 1pm-3pm
Ready to turn forgotten plates into beautiful, useful tiered trays?
Join Peterborough maker and vintage china collector Sarah Peers of Travelling Teacups to make your own fancy-as-heck large tier dessert/jewelry stand! These are fantastic keepsakes that make a wonderful gift for the jewelry wearer, baker, or dessert lover in your life. They look incredible on display even when not in use.
With a gazillion pre-drilled vintage plate choices, you will assemble your tiered stand using one small top plate, one medium plate, one large bottom plate, and one set of specialized hardware.
Sip tea, chat, and munch on delicious treats while you sift through incredible vintage finds to create the perfect colour & pattern combo.
You can even add a teacup to the top of your stand or make additional stands! (Pre-drilled tea cups are $5.00 cash at event.)
