For those who crave the tart juiciness of blackcurrants.

The fields of Popham Lane Farms are located just on the edge of Lake Ontario.  Using innovative techniques to plant and raise their bushes, they grow the tastiest blackcurrants around.  After the harvest, we freeze dry the berries, grind and blend them directly into our 70% dark chocolate.
